Printing & Order Info

You will receive communication from Kate shortly after placing your order, during which she will ask questions and discuss design options with you. Printing and shipping will only proceed once you are fully satisfied with the design and have approved a mock-up image (an emailed preview showing how the wallpaper will appear at your wall size).

Care

Vinyl wallpaper is the most cleanable wallpaper available. Ordinary dirt and smudges can be removed with mild soap and warm water. Always clean from the bottom of the wall upward, then rinse thoroughly from the top down using a clean sponge. Dry the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth or towel.

For more stubborn surface stains, a stronger detergent may be used, but always test on a discreet area first to ensure the surface and print are not affected.

Important care instructions:

  • Take care to prevent water from seeping behind mouldings when cleaning.
  • Do not use steel wool or powdered abrasives, as these will damage the image and textured surface.
  • Do not use solvents, alcohol, pine oil, or any cleaners containing these products, as they may remove the print and harm the surface.
