You will receive communication from Kate shortly after placing your order, during which she will ask questions and discuss design options with you. Printing and shipping will only proceed once you are fully satisfied with the design and have approved a mock-up image (an emailed preview showing how the wallpaper will appear at your wall size).

Payment
Payment for online orders can be made via direct bank transfer or credit card (eWay). Full payment of goods and services is required before printing and shipping of wallpaper commences.
Vinyl wallpaper is the most cleanable wallpaper available. Ordinary dirt and smudges can be removed with mild soap and warm water. Always clean from the bottom of the wall upward, then rinse thoroughly from the top down using a clean sponge. Dry the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth or towel.
For more stubborn surface stains, a stronger detergent may be used, but always test on a discreet area first to ensure the surface and print are not affected.
Important care instructions:
Take care to prevent water from seeping behind mouldings when cleaning.
Do not use steel wool or powdered abrasives, as these will damage the image and textured surface.
Do not use solvents, alcohol, pine oil, or any cleaners containing these products, as they may remove the print and harm the surface.

State of the art printers produce all of our artwork prints. We print at a high definition art grade quality and onto 150gsm premium matte paper. With premium paper and printing we ensure that all our prints are exquisite artworks that are perfect for framing.
Due to the intricacy and fine details of many of these prints, the images will be sharper and more clearer when printed onto the larger paper sizes (A2 or A3). Complex designs with high levels of intricacy will not be as sharp or clear when printed onto A4.
We have the following sizes available for these prints: A4, A3 or A2 size.
The prices are for one single print. This print may be part of a set of 2 or set of 3 designs. Please see the additional images which show this. If you wish to purchase the whole set then please add each print to cart separately.
Our A3 prints would suit an A3 size frame or an A2 size frame with an A3 photo opening. Whereas our A2 prints would suit an A2 size frame or an A1 size frame with an A2 photo opening.
