The Story
As a beautiful dusk sky settles over the enchanted land, excitement stirs for the annual ball at the Princess’s castle. Eager and impatient, the Princess slips away from the castle gates, hiding among the mushrooms to secretly watch the commotion unfold. From her hiding place, she spies the Mermaid (guardian of time and weather) perched high in the branches of Mother Nature, carefully studying the night sky. Bear, the travelling theatre, and a brightly painted gypsy wagon buzz past on their way to the festivities. Nearby, whimsical Unicorns enjoy their last graze of the day, while two mischievous little Foxes play hide-and-seek with Deer, determined that playtime is not quite over. A rainbow shimmers faintly as twilight deepens and the Sandman prepares the night, while the Moon rises. The Princess notices the Knight watching longingly; his heart leaps, for he alone holds the key to the Moon’s heart. Down by the stream, Echidna pauses from fishing to share sweets with Dragon. Yet Dragon tilts his head, puzzled… the lolly jar feels a little lighter than it should, as though someone has quietly helped themselves. The Princess smiles to herself, wondering who the culprit might be, and carries the little mystery with her as she slips back toward the castle gates, ready for the night’s grand ball.

You will receive a message from Kate shortly after placing your order, where she will send you a personalised ‘mock-up’ (a preview image showing exactly how your wallpaper will look at your chosen wall size). At this stage, you can let her know if everything looks perfect or if you’d like adjustments. No printing or shipping will begin until you’ve approved the final details.
