Production
Prices for our products and Services do not include installation. Installation is not part of our Services.
Minor variations in colour may occur between prints, as well as between on screen mock ups or proofs and the final physical product. While we make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, colour appearance may vary depending on individual monitor settings. Where colour accuracy is important, we recommend ordering a sample prior to printing.
Minor production imperfections may occur as part of the printing process, such as small unprinted areas approximately 1mm to 3mm wide in circular or edge areas.
All products must be carefully inspected upon delivery and prior to installation or use. Any defects or issues must be reported to us before installation. Installation or hanging costs incurred through third parties are not refundable. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is supplied, we are not responsible for resending the order at our expense.
Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of completing custom printing. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 6 business days and may extend up to 10 business days depending on location, including Australia, the United States and Canada.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier.
Delivery services are provided by third party couriers. While we will assist with enquiries and investigations where required, delays caused by third party couriers are outside our control.
All orders are securely packaged prior to dispatch. If packaging appears damaged upon delivery, this should be noted with the courier at the time of receipt.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assess the matter and work with the courier to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Late delivery alone does not constitute a failure of our agreement or entitle cancellation of an order.
