All wallpaper orders from Will o’ The Wisp Wallpaper and Wall Murals are custom made to order. Full payment for wallpaper and postage is required before an order will be produced or dispatched.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, no additional charges will apply unless the customer requests changes that fall outside standard placement or scale adjustments. This includes requests for new illustrated elements or additional custom artwork that were not specified prior to ordering.

If additional custom design work is requested after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified of any additional fees before work proceeds. No further payment will be taken unless the customer has confirmed acceptance of the additional cost and payment method.
