The Order Process
We accept orders through the online store and via the contact form.
Submitting an order through the online store:
You send us the name/details of the wallpaper you would like to order, along with the wall dimensions and any extra requirements or information. Full payment of your wallpaper order and shipping costs are required to place an order via the online store. Upon sending your order to us and after payment has been received you will receive an email from Kate Succar with a ‘mock up’ or proof of how the wallpaper design will look at your wall size. You are welcome to ask for placement and scale changes (no additional cost). Please note that at this stage the order is not obligatory, and you, or we have the right to abandon the contract. However if the order is cancelled and the customer is refunded then only a partial refund can be returned – please see our Refunds & Returns policy for more information. Once you have confirmed to go ahead with the printing and production of the wallpaper the sale is final. All orders are final and are not subject to refunds or returns for change of mind.

If you submit an order or enquiry through the contact form you will receive an email within 24 hours from Kate Succar to discuss your order and costs. If you have any custom design or design change requirements to any wallpaper design than please submit your enquiry here on the contact form as there may be additional costs for custom changes to the design (there will be no additional costs for changes to placement of the design or scale changes). Once you and Kate have determined the costs of the order than a formal quote will be emailed to you containing the total cost of goods and services. Full payment of your wallpaper order and shipping costs are required before any design work or wallpaper printing commences. After payment has been received you will receive an email from Kate Succar with a ‘mock up’ of how the wallpaper design will look at your wall size. Bespoke Order Process:
A bespoke design is a new wallpaper design created by Kate Succar from your brief. Please contact Kate Succar via the contact form or email address (kate@willothewisp.com.au) with the bespoke project requirements and job details. Bespoke designs are entitled to part payment options where the buyer can pay for the design costs initially and the printing and postage costs at a later date. Specific dates for part payment options can be negotiable and will be outlined on a formal quote emailed to the buyer before work commences. Please not that this is contract work and is not subject to cancellations or abandonment of the contract. If you are not happy with the bespoke design outcome then you can abandon the 2nd part payment (payment of printing and postage), however the 1st part payment (fee for the time spent to create a bespoke design) is non refundable. Please ensure you to speak to Kate in-depth about your project requirements and expectations for a bespoke design before placing an order.
