We cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occur occasionally. Every effort has been made to reproduce colours accurately but due to digital imagery some colours shown online may not be exact representations of actual colours when printed.

It is the buyers responsibility to measure the desired wall for wallpaper printing correctly and provide measurements. Will o’ The Wisp Wallpaper & Wall Murals will not be at fault if measurements given by the customer are incorrect. 5-10cm ‘waste’ is added to these measurements which need to be trimmed off if not used after installation.

After payment you will receive a file via email similarly titled ‘### MOCKUP & SPECIFICATIONS.pdf’, this file shows how the artwork/wallpaper or wall mural design will look at your wall size. This document also shows specifications including panel sizes, ‘waste’ info and installation instructions. It is the clients responsibility to ensure wall sizes, layout (placement and scale) and design are correct and advise Kate if they are not. You can ask Kate for scale and placement changes.

Once you have confirmed to go ahead with the printing of the wallpaper the sale is final. All orders are final and are not subject to refunds or returns for change of mind.
