While every effort is made to reproduce colours and textures as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur due to the nature of digital imagery and printing processes. Colours displayed online may differ slightly from the final printed product depending on screen settings, materials and lighting conditions. Where colour accuracy is important, we recommend ordering a sample prior to printing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly measure the intended wall or space and provide accurate dimensions for wallpaper printing. Will o’ The Wisp Wallpaper and Wall Murals is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. An additional 5–10cm of waste is added to supplied measurements to allow for trimming during installation.

Following payment, you will receive a design proof via email, typically titled “### MOCKUP & SPECIFICATIONS.pdf”. This document shows how the artwork or wallpaper design will appear at your specified wall size and includes panel sizes, waste allowances and installation information. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review this proof and confirm that all wall measurements, layout, scale and design details are correct. Placement and scale adjustments can be requested prior to approval.

Once written approval to proceed with printing has been provided, the order is final and not eligible for refunds or returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
