Production

Prices for our products and Service do not include installation and installation is not part of our Service.

Minor variations in colour may occur between prints. Variations of colours may also occur between on-screen mock ups or proofs and the physical product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between monitor settings. Where colour matching is important, we recommend asking for a sample prior to printing to ensure colours are acceptable. 

Minor faults (such as tiny unprinted areas) can occur due to the printing process. These unprinted areas may be around 1mm-3mm wide in circular format.

The product should be inspected upon delivery and prior to installation. Any defects should be reported to us; claims cannot be made after the product has been used or installed. Hanging costs will not be refunded, therefore please be sure to check the condition of your product before it is installed. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our Service will be corrected. 

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will arrange for the delivery of your order within 24 hours of completing the custom printing. Delivery will take on average 2-6 days, but should not exceed 10 days depending on where you are located within Australia, The United States and Canada.
If you have not received your order within 10 days, please urgently contact us. We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third party courier or postal services. 

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn if an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

We will always ensure that the order is securely sealed in rigid packaging. Any damage that the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.

For international orders, any import fees, duties or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country are the buyers responsibility. Will o’ The Wisp will not accept any of these charges.

Please note: If an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
