The Detail

‘Wonderland’ is a fantastic surrealist design by designer Kate Succar. The main visual elements presented in the design are stone work, tiles, flowers as well as landscape. Many quirky elements feature within the design such as doors that lead to new places. The surrealist design promotes a touch of creative thinking and family fun.

There is much detail that can only be appreciated once the design has been installed onto a wall such as little messages that are similar to the trials that Alice In Wonderland went through to visit certain parts of her fantasy world. For example, there is a ‘play me’ message featured on a chess board with additional messages found throughout the design.

All designs are customisable therefore Kate can tweak colours and change scale to suit different projects. Examples of other colour-ways include:

1. Mist White, Grey & Blue

2. Heron grey, turquoise and copper

3. Earth tones

The Mood

Blue tones communicate feelings of tranquillity and relaxation, whilst green tones evokes feelings of peace as well as balance. In addition this surrealist design promotes a touch of creative thinking and also distraction. All things combined create a space to regain balance and equilibrium after a hectic busy day.

Printing & Design Changes

Will o’ The Wisp offers a unique and premium wallpaper service where all orders are custom made and perfectly tailored to fit any size wall. Uniquely designs are not stretched or warped to fit the intended wall. All designs are editable digital files therefore illustrations are moved or added to ensure the wallpaper and murals are a perfect fit!

You can also customise the designs further by changes to the design placement, colour, scale or custom elements. Changes to custom elements allows for the addition or removal of elements within the design. For example, would you like to add an illustration of your pet dog or cat? Contact Kate before placing an order ($50 additional charge applies per new illustration).

The Order Process

You will receive communication from Kate shortly after you have placed your order. During which she will discuss some options with you. No printing or shipping will occur until you have approved the details on the ‘mock up’ (image emailed to you showing how the wallpaper will look at your wall size – see example image below).

We print onto premium paste-the-wall wallpaper using state of the art manufacturing equipment. In addition our printing quality is the highest printing standard available on the market known as a fine-art grade. Resulting in high definition, premium quality wallpaper that are true works of art. Overall we are at the leading edge of what is possible with wall covering design!

Lastly our panels are 130cm wide to reduce visibility of seam lines.
